Who Do You Trust To Build An Android Tablet?

"HTC plans to launch a tablet PC, possibly equipped with Android 3, in the first quarter of 2011, according to Taiwan-based component makers."
HTC's leaked tablet plans come the same time as an announcement from inMEDIA that they'll be making an Android Tablet (Unfortunately stuck at 2.1). This begs the question - who do you trust to build you a quality Android Tablet. For me, HTC has a proven track record of producing quality handsets, so I think a tablet from them should be pretty good. inMEDIA? I have no idea what to expect. Are you waiting on a certain ODM / OEM to make your Android Tablet?
