Sharp Announces Two Android-based Tablets for December

"Japanese tech giant Sharp announced it would launch a 5.5-inch and a 10.8-inch tablet named Galapagos, as well as an electronic bookstore in December - but only in Japan."
I'm happy to see larger Android tablets released, and this is a great example. It looks sharp, and has a decent screen resolution. I'm not convinced that this will be a great device for reading books though, since it is just another device with it's own bookstore.
